Despite the physical destruction, the invaders could not extinguish the spirit of knowledge that Nalanda symbolized, proving the adage, "Burn the books, but how will you burn the knowledge?"

Today, Nalanda University has been resurrected, a testament to India's commitment to reviving its rich educational heritage. The modern Nalanda University, established in 2010, aims to restore its historical glory and continue its legacy of fostering global learning and understanding.
